What is Your Desired Journey?
Each of us feels lost at times during our career journey, and sometimes it can even feel like we’re stuck in the mud. It’s something we all experience at different points along the way.
When we’re in that challenging place, our work boots start to feel heavy. We might feel unmotivated, unsure of what our next step should be, and almost invisible to our boss or the organization. It can feel like you’re putting in all the effort but still being overlooked, wondering if anyone truly values your work.
That’s why I created Coaching for Managers and Contributors. With my experience as an executive coach, I use upper-management-level approaches and share them with you, helping you discover the right road and direction for your desired success.
What Truly Motivates You?
Understanding what truly motivates you helps you live and work in alignment with what matters most to you. When your fundamental desires are satisfied at the right time and in the right way, you experience value-based happiness. This is why some chores energize you while others drain you, and why some relationships feel effortless while others are challenging.
Using The Reiss Motivational Profile® (RMP), a research-backed motivational questionnaire, we’ll uncover what drives you, whether it’s family, socializing with friends, power, or experiencing tranquility, to name a few of the 16 human motivators. When others complete it too, you’ll gain insight into why you connect easily with some people and find others more challenging.
This knowledge helps you focus your energy, strengthen relationships, and navigate your personal and professional life with confidence, purpose, and satisfaction.
What is the Coaching Process?
As an experienced Executive Coach in the transportation industry for over 20 years, working together we will shed light on what truly motivates you and how you can use this insight to create meaningful career and life through the following process:
Step 1: Discover What Drives You
Send me, David Elser, an email using the button below, and I will reply with a link to take the Reiss Motivation Profile®. This 15- to 20-minute assessment identifies what truly motivates you and shapes your decisions.
Step 2: Turn Insights into Action
Join me for a one-hour virtual coaching session. Together, we will interpret your results and apply them to your personal and professional goals, helping you make choices that align with who you are.
Step 3: Experience Lasting Results
Gain practical tools to leverage your motivators for greater success, satisfaction, and fulfillment. You will leave with actionable steps to guide your career, relationships, and personal development.
Step 4: Additional Sessions (optional)
This optional package includes three additional one-hour coaching sessions to help you dive deeper into your career goals or address specific work challenges.
